Active children are more likely to mature into physically active adults, but according to the Australian Bureau of Statistics, only six out of ten children aged between 5 and 14 years participates in sport outside of school. From the healthy growth of bones, tendons and ligatures to better sleep and preventing obesity, there’s a million and one good reasons to get involved in sport. But most importantly: getting moving is fun!
At Growing Minds, we’re firm believers that wellness is achieved through mind and body working together. We have a structured curriculum for Dance and Martial Arts. While we focus on sportsmanship and safety over winning, we also recognise your children’s achievements with certificates at each stage of personal development.
